Site Engineer
Oversee construction quality, timelines, and contractor coordination on Akanbi Real Estate development sites across the Tema corridor.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities on assigned development sites
- Ensure all work meets approved architectural and engineering drawings
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project manager
- Conduct daily site inspections and document progress with photos and reports
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance on site
- Flag and resolve technical issues promptly to avoid project delays
Requirements
- BSc in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent)
- 2–5 years of site supervision experience in residential or commercial construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management tools
- Knowledge of Ghana Building Code and EPA regulations
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple contractors
- Membership of Ghana Institution of Engineers (GhIE) is an advantage
