Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify potential buyers for residential and commercial listings
- Conduct property viewings and present tailored proposals to clients
- Negotiate sale and lease agreements in line with company pricing guidelines
- Maintain an active pipeline using the company CRM system
- Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns
- Prepare weekly sales reports for the division manager
Requirements
- 3+ years of real estate sales or related field experience
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Familiarity with Ghana's land tenure and property registration processes
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within Greater Accra
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- HND or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
