Key Responsibilities
- Supervise production staff across processing, packaging, and cold storage
- Implement and monitor HACCP and food safety management systems
- Set daily production targets and track output against plan
- Coordinate raw material intake, quality checks, and waste reduction
- Conduct staff briefings, training, and performance evaluations
- Liaise with the quality assurance team on product standards and audits
Requirements
- BSc in Food Science, Food Technology, or related discipline
- 4+ years of food production or processing supervisory experience
- Certified in HACCP or ISO 22000 food safety management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with Ghana Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) regulations
- Ability to work shifts including early mornings and weekends
